Access to the site
The site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. All costs related to this access (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) are borne by the user. OD BOX CONTAINER uses all reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the site but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend access for maintenance operations.
Customer account
Creating a customer account allows you to track your quote requests, orders and invoices. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any use of their account. They undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to inform OD BOX CONTAINER of any unauthorised use of their account.
Quote requests and orders
The site allows you to submit an online quote request. A quote issued by OD BOX CONTAINER constitutes an offer valid for the period stated on it. The order is confirmed once the customer has approved the quote. Payment is made by bank transfer to the details provided on the quote and invoice; proof of payment can be uploaded from the customer account. No banking data is collected or processed directly by the site.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site (text, images, logos, product visuals, structure) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of OD BOX CONTAINER or its partners, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
Liability
OD BOX CONTAINER strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site (descriptions, dimensions, availability, prices) but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or product unavailability, nor for damage resulting from fraudulent third-party intrusion that altered the information made available on the site.
Personal data
The processing of personal data collected through the site is described in our Privacy Policy. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the user has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of their data.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, OD BOX CONTAINER offers a consumer mediation scheme. In the event of a dispute not resolved directly with our customer service, the consumer may use the mediation service free of charge.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting to find an amicable solution, including via the consumer mediator mentioned above, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory public-policy provisions applicable to consumers residing in another EU Member State, who retain the benefit of the courts and mandatory laws of their country of residence.
Changes to these Terms of Use
OD BOX CONTAINER reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time, in particular to adapt them to changes in the site or in regulations. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the site is consulted.
